第一篇
英语教学反思周记 紧张忙禄的一周过去了,本周本人已经按备课设想完成预定的教学任务。学生整体掌握效果一般。在教法方面,在3+4英语教学模式的指导下,教法灵活有效,学生学习热情高涨。但是学生在口语方面略显薄弱,还需下大力气训练。在学法指导方面,我在学生预习、复习方法指导上到位,但学生帮扶互助小组的作用发挥还不够,还需加强组织引导,使其发挥更大更有效的作用。从本周日常教学工作中的点点滴滴,总结以下几点反思: 反思一、应靠持续不断的语言知识,而不是靠"玩"来培养学生持久的学习兴趣。 小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣,但单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过,孩子们就会厌倦。所以,唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段,而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词,多学习语言规则,并尽可能多创造模仿的机会,提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中,听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行,读写跟上。光听说不读写,很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学习能力,也难减轻学习负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。 反思二、作为小学英语教师的我们应有发展意识,不应固步自封,要加强学习,要用更新更好更有效的教法来组织教学。 随着时代的进步,社会的发展,同样英语作为人们最广泛的交际用语之一,更是随着高科技的迅猛发展而日新月异地变化着。如果我们的英语教师故步自封,不求进取,那么不但自己的语言知识很快陈旧落伍,而且会误人子弟,被时代所淘汰。我们一定要加强学习研究、不能单拼经验教学。
如果让我进行教学重建,我想实施以下几点更好的策略:
1、加强感知训练。让学生根据音乐、录音、动画、**等感知模仿训练。
2、加强课外指导,充分发挥帮扶互助小组的作用。

这周英语课最重要的内容就是定于从句。说实话,我自己在高中的时候这一部分学得也是一知半解,稀里糊涂的。可这回我得给学生讲啊,自己要是还搞不明白,必定把学生也搞迷糊了。所以,在上一周我就已经开始准备第四单元的语法项目了。我看了血多语法书、练习册,总算彻底搞明白了。接下来更重要的就是如何用简明易懂的方式传授给学生,让他们也能明白。我在网上下载了很多可见,把多个课件里我认为有价值的部分摘出来,制作了一个属于我的语法教学可见。我利用图表、箭头、等形式将定于从句的要点呈现出来,给出了练习和例句直贴学生生活。例如:Lady Gaga is a singer. She wears strange clothes.转变成定于从句机就是Lady Gaga who wears strange clothes is a singer. 同时还在旁边配上一张她穿着奇装异服的照片,让学生更加直观地体会句子。学生经过前面的学习,能够很流利地说出这个句子。这样枯燥的语法项目,由于触碰到了学生的兴趣点,就变得有趣起来了。兴趣是最好的老师,有了兴趣,再难的entire也能攻克,再复杂的知识也能掌握。
我还深刻地记得我的高中老师是怎么讲定语从句的:解释语法规则、无数例句、无数练习、睡到无数、最后我们脑子里还是没数,弄不明白定于从句到底是怎么回事。所以我觉得我讲决不能像他一样。事实上,我也做到了。这几节语法课没人睡觉,大家精神都和集中,甚至比平常还要认真、活跃,记忆也很深刻。所以说,教无定法,学无定法,只要用心就会有更好的办法。
第三篇
一周很快又过去了。这周三个班的教学进度一样,教学的内容是从21课到24课。与以前相比本周的新授内容比较多,讲四课的内容是在计划之外。但是一星期过去感觉学生学习的效果还不错。在教学中又发现了一下需要注意的几点。
一、保证课堂纪律是保证课进度的前提
以前也注意过课堂纪律的重要性,本以为自己维持的`课堂秩序已经很不错,但是周二下午的第三节课,指导老师去听我的课并帮我管了一下课堂的纪律。在老师余威的震慑下,第四节课也非常顺利,本来比其他两个半慢一个课时的三班,一下子也赶上了进度。通过这件事我仔细思考了一下,我不能用自己的固有的心态去看学生。老师要用发展的眼光看待学生。当然也要不断地努力让课堂纪律变得越来越好,去挖掘学生更多的潜能。
二、采用多种方式灵活教学
四年级的学生处于活泼好动的年纪而且注意力集中地时间较短,作为老师就要想办法吸引学生的注意力。在学习24课story time这一部分时,学生表现出厌倦的状态。此时看着学生们厌倦中带着的疲惫,作为刘老师真是不狠心把知识继续灌输给她们。于是想其它的办法解决,很快我又想到了新的方法,分小组来学习。学完后表演这个故事,最后由大家选出演的好的组,奖励自制的折纸。已宣布这种方式大家都积极学习,而那些不想学习的同学也由其他的带着学起来,同样经过两课时的学习,同学们在快乐中掌握了这个故事和许多知识。甚至有一部分同学已经把自己的角色的句子背了下来。通过这次教学设计,我发现老师也需要具有创新精神,要往自己的教学中注入一些鲜活的东西来抓住同学们的注意力。
三、小学教学中的被动学习
这星期在学习新知识时带同学们回忆旧知识。发现大部分同学已经把前两个单元的单词忘记了。小学生的学习多事被动的在学校需要老师的监督,在家需要家长的监督。他们一般不会自己去复习前面学过的知识,更不会自己制定一个复习计划,这星期四年级英语结课了。通过这周的观察我更加认识到了制定一个详细的复习计划的重要性。接下来的两周让他们进一步巩固先前学的知识。
这周我们结课了,看着这本书和就好像在看着自己这学期教学之路。有失意,也有收获。接下啊来的两周希望通过复习让孩子们的英语能有所进步。

3、死记硬背的东西多,联系的东西少,因此表面上看感觉还能够,但真正一考起来,问题出来很多,而且差距很大。这次期中考试下来,问题也出来了,尖子生不是很多,落后生比较多。
针对以上状况,要改变这种局面,我觉的要做的事很多。首先,要培养学生良好的学习习惯,课前多预习,课堂40分钟让学生集中注意力听讲,把老师讲的资料真正听懂。不是似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套练习,不懂的地方,多向老师或成绩好的学生请教。其次,学生学习要主次分明,主要学科课后时光分配相应的因当多一些,个性是对英语学科,因为它毕竟不是语文。基础不打好,以后想提高也难。第三,要灵活掌握学过的知识点,学习要讲究方法,举一反三,融会贯通,只有这样,学生才能把所学的知识串联起来,不容易忘记。
总之,要让学生明白,学习英语不是一天两天的事,是要靠平时慢慢积累起来的。
二、多怪自我少怪学生
新课改语法教学易进入误区。七年级的英语课很难上,个性是课文的语法多、讲解枯燥无味,会把那些英语底子不好的学生抛下。个性一节语法课,考试中不考,但因为上了高中学生的反馈,初中的语法没学好的话,在高中还是有困难的。如果一味着讲语法,所以英语老师都怕自我的学生吃不饱,整节课的讲解语法,其结果都不是太好,我的观点是淡化语法。淡化语法,并不是不学语法。只是不必过细,多用于交际。教程的编排就是以话题为主线,以语法为暗线。所以,要在语境中学习语法。教师要千方百计地激发学生学习英语的兴趣,活跃学生的学习热情,提高了学生学习英语的用心性。
一堂成功的英语课,往往给人以自然,和谐,舒服的享受。每一位教师在教材处理,教学方法,学法指导等诸方面都有自我的独特设计,在教学过程会出现闪光点。在教学过程中,每节课总会有这有那的一些不尽人意的地方,有时候是语言说话不当,有时候是教学资料处理不妥,有时候是教学方法处理不当,有时候练习习题层次不够,难易不当。等等对于这些状况,教师课后要冷静思考,仔细分析学生冷场、不能很好掌握知识这方面的原因。不要一看到学生的成绩差就一味着怪学生,学生的的主动性是很重要,即使学生不爱学习英语,就应多思考厌学的原因,对状况分析之后,要做出日后的改善措施,以利于在日后的教学中不断提高,不断完善。
三、和谐关系
师生关系是影响教学质量的一个重要因素。融洽的师生关系能促进教育质量的提高。如果融洽了师生关系,学生会亲其师而信其道,听从教师的安排与倡导,促使教学质量的提高;相反,则会对学生的学习动机、兴趣、态度产生消极影响,制约着教育质量的提高。
和谐的师生关系还需要满足学生各种的需要,如关心、尊重、自身价值。根据这些需要,我经常了解学生需要的结构与层次,及时解决学生的合理需要,而有些暂时解决不了的要创造条件逐步解决,并作好解释工作。在不断的教与学的过程中,我真诚地热爱每一个学生,关心、理解、体贴、尊重、信任他们,他们也就尊重、依靠、喜欢我,从而融洽了师生感情。正是这样不断地深入培养,才出现了乐教乐学的喜人局面。
